About the Role
As a Business Development Executive at PlanetSpark, you will play a crucial role in guiding and enrolling parents/adult learners into our transformative programs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads who have already experienced a demo class, building strong relationships and facilitating a smooth enrollment journey.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful enrollment, and will be expected to achieve and consistently exceed weekly revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as a genuine desire to understand and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with 65-70 highly qualified leads daily through personalized communication (calls, video sessions, etc.)
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful enrollment
- Conduct personalized video counseling sessions, expertly pitch trial classes, and effectively address client concerns and objections
- Achieve and consistently exceed weekly revenue targets, contributing significantly to company growth
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new clients
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred)
- Communication Maestro: Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to influence decisions, handle objections effectively, and close deals confidently
- Customer-Centric: Strong empathy and a genuine desire to understand and meet client needs
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a relentless drive to achieve targets
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrive in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools
