About the Role

As a Sales Executive in the Solar Industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our solar solutions. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and site visits.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to ensure our solar solutions remain competitive.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
