Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews for non-tech roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain and update HR records, applicant tracking sheets, and reports
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
• Help execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives
• Participate in ongoing HR projects and process improvements

What You'll Need

• 0-2 years of experience or MBA Graduate
