About the Role
Product Management at Pexcera is about deep customer empathy, clear problem definition, and disciplined execution. As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you will work side-by-side with senior product leaders, designers, and engineers to turn user insights into shipping software.
Responsibilities
- Talk to students and creators to gather actionable user insights.
- Write crisp and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Prioritize feature backlogs and run product release sprints.
- Analyze product usage funnels and metrics using Mixpanel and PostHog.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for building and shipping technology products.
- Open to freshers demonstrating high ownership and product intuition.
