About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management are a plus.
