About the Role
As an HR Executive / Intern at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including client coordination, talent acquisition, and recruitment. Your primary focus will be on assisting in the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to interview scheduling and coordination.
You will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including mass hiring campaigns, and provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Source and shortlist potential candidates for various roles, utilizing various recruitment channels and strategies.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.
- Support the HR team in conducting mass hiring campaigns, including creating job postings, managing applicant flow, and coordinating logistics.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, are a plus.
