About the Role

As an HR Trainee Recruiter at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include making cold calls to potential candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to find the best fit for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Bullhorn.
  • Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
