HR Trainee Recruiter

About the Role

As an HR Trainee Recruiter at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Bullhorn.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
