About the Role
As an HR Recruiter & Client Coordinator at PERSONAL NETWORK., you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their recruitment needs and working closely with the HR team to identify and screen potential candidates. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final placement.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with clients, candidates, and the internal HR team on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final placement.
- Communicate with candidates and clients regarding the status of their applications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and develop recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience (0-4 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
