About the Role
As an HR Intern/Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, making cold calls, and coordinating with the hiring team. Your primary goal will be to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the company. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the company
- Make cold calls to potential candidates and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Update and maintain accurate records of candidate information
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Cold calling and sourcing skills
- Permanent placement experience is a plus
