About the Role

As an FP&A Intern at PayU, you will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. You will work closely with finance professionals and business stakeholders to deliver financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting activities
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports
• Analyze financial performance and budget variances
• Prepare executive presentations and financial reports
• Monitor business KPIs and performance metrics
• Assist with financial analysis for business initiatives and product launches
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Formulas
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) skills
• Financial Modeling skills
• SQL and Python skills (preferred)
• Power BI and Tableau skills (preferred)
• ERP Systems (SAP and Oracle) skills (preferred)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
