About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Paytm Limited, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute marketing campaigns, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and expand Paytm's customer base in the Chennai region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Paytm's products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers to showcase Paytm's offerings.
- Use CRM software to track sales leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and achieve business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and experience in using sales tools and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
