About the Role
As a Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE), you will be responsible for promoting and selling Paytm's products and services to customers in the field. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of Paytm's business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer queries, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to remain competitive.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, processes, and procedures to improve sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets, and working under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including product knowledge and market trends.
- Ability to drive a bike and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or customer service (optional).
