About the Role
As a Sales Customer Care Officer at Parasmani Consultancy, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be involved in sales activities, including market research, lead generation, and closing deals. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
