Role Description This is a full-time in-office role for an Accountant located in Prayagraj. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial statement preparation along with purchase and sale. Additional responsibilities include budget tracking, cash flow management, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations. The role may also involve preparing financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparing financial statements Knowledge of tax compliance, financial regulations, and budget management Experience with Microsoft Excel BUSY accounting software and tools, as well as excellent data entry skills Analytical thinking coupled with problem-solving skills for reconciling accounts and managing cash flow Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are an advantage Familiarity with financial practices in wholesale and distribution industries is a plus
