Job Description: Intern- Production Merchandising Team Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Onsite) Internship Duration: 3–6 Months About the Role We are seeking an Intern to support the production merchandising team and sourcing team within our fashion/apparel operations. This internship provides practical exposure to production coordination, vendor communication, sourcing, and inventory tracking in a fast-paced D2C fashion environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners regarding production updates and timelines Track purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and related raw materials Maintain production trackers and reports using Google Sheets or Excel Coordinate with internal teams including design, merchandising, and warehouse operations Support sample management, quality checks, and approval processes Follow up on dispatch schedules and production milestones Eligibility Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Production, Supply Chain, or related fields from NIFT, Pearl or similar institutions Strong interest in fashion production and operations Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Good communication and organizational skills Ability to manage tasks in a deadline-driven environment Why join us Exposure to end-to-end apparel production processes Understanding of sourcing and vendor coordination Hands-on experience in production planning and tracking Practical learning in quality control and operational workflows
