Oxane Partners is headquartered in London and has additional offices in New York, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad. Client Engagement & Transaction Support: Collaborate directly with clients on a range of investment transactions, including performing loan portfolios, asset‑backed lending, and specialty financing. Deal Analysis & Onboarding: Review and interpret information memorandums, investment memos, compliance reports, facility agreements, and other legal documentation to support seamless deal onboarding onto Oxane's technology platform. Implementation Coordination: Guide and work closely with the implementation team during deal onboarding and throughout post‑implementation cycles to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations. Analytics & Portfolio Support: Assist clients with ad‑hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting requirements to support ongoing asset management activities. Business Analysis for Platform Enhancements: Serve as the Business Analyst for platform features, client‑requested changes, and issue resolution, collaborating closely with the product development team. Extended Client Support: Act as an extension of the client's asset management team, contributing to asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post‑deal analysis, and business planning activities. Requirements Educational Background: MBA or PGDM (Finance major preferred). Candidates with B.E./B.Tech backgrounds are preferred given the technical nature of the role. Strong aptitude for engineering and technology‑driven solutions is highly desirable. Financial & Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of core financial concepts along with strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Advanced SQL, and fundamentals of data modeling. Attention to Detail & Analytical Thinking: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong logical and structured thought process to analyze large volumes of both qualitative and quantitative data. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective client interaction and internal coordination. Work Ethic & Adaptability: Self‑starter with strong ownership, capable of working under pressure in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Technical Orientation: Keen interest in technology and appreciation for tech‑driven workflows. Prior development or IT experience is an added advantage.
