About the Role
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bandra, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their property needs through calls/in person, handling real estate sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. Additionally, the role requires excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and provide property consultations. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and general Sales expertise Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and trends Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills Experience in providing Training and mentorship is an advantage Self-motivated and capable of working in a hybrid work environment Proven ability to meet targets in a sales-driven role Relevant certifications or licensure in real estate is preferred
