About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as a fresher in our chat process team in Kolkata. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through various communication channels, providing them with timely and accurate solutions to their queries. You will be working closely with our technical team to resolve customer issues and improve our overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of software and hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of time management and prioritization techniques.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
