Graduate Engineer Grade Trainee ( Bakery)

About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer Grade Trainee in the Bakery department at Oriental Yeast India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation while executing various lab procedures and baking trials. Your tasks will involve adhering to health and safety requirements, monitoring cleanliness and hygiene, and conducting quality checks on ingredients and finished items.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Execute lab procedures in the lab, maintain a 5S system, and monitor cleanliness/hygiene inside the Lab area.
• Conduct baking trials as per the requirements of QC, NPD, and Market, and record all operations or analyses of the trials.
• Create, execute, and develop recipes, and perform quality checks on ingredients and finished items.
• Multitask and follow instructions given by the reporting boss.
• Pay attention to detail and be thorough in your work.
• Communicate effectively and execute tasks properly.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech in Food Technology.
• Fresher with a bakery background.
• 5S system implementation and maintenance.
• Quality checks and assurance.
