About the Role

This Business Analyst 1-Ops role is part of the Partner Transaction Center (PTC) team at Oracle, working closely with partners to understand and orchestrate Oracle's Channel workflow and deal processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organisation's financial and tactical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organisation's financial and tactical business objectives.
  • Provide business practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Develop, communicate, and train the organisation on business practices and processes.
  • Collaborate with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyse data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.
  • Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
