About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing & Client Servicing Executive to lead the management of digital campaigns and optimize performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Implement rigorous A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and marketing goals.
• Develop, curate, and present comprehensive campaign reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Address client concerns proactively to maintain high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.

What You'll Need

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major paid media platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent reporting and research tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing principles and the ability to multitask across multiple client accounts efficiently.
