About the Role
As a Learning & Development (Technical Role) at o.p. jindal global university (jgu), you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs for employees across various departments. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all training initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training programs for employees, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external training providers to deliver high-quality training content.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical training design and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Learning Management System (LMS) software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Certifications in adult learning, instructional design, or a related field are a plus.
