Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

About the Role

This Accounts Executive role at OnnSynex Ventures is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher to kick-start their career in finance and accounts. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, using Tally ERP and MS Office.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements and credit card statements.
• Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Certification in accounting or finance (optional).
