About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who brings together BFSI domain expertise, strong outreach capabilities, and a research-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to BFSI prospects including banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers
  • Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and communicate product value propositions effectively
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders before initiating outreach
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate lead data, and tracking of outreach activities

What You'll Need

  • Strong BFSI calling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or outbound lead generation for B2B/fintech products
  • Ability to handle objections and build conversations with confidence
  • Sound understanding of pipeline building, lead qualification, and sales funnel management
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities for account mapping and prospecting

Resume Tip

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales workflows is a plus.
