About the Role

As a Bengali Telecaller at One Is OK, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in Bengali, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Bengali, both verbally and in writing.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bengali language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Degree in any field (freshers with a degree in languages or communications are preferred).
• 1-4 years of experience in customer service or sales (freshers with a strong academic record can apply).
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
