About the Role

As a Domestic Voice Process Night Shift professional at One Degree North Human Resource, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner.   • Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, to perform administrative tasks and maintain records.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Degree in any field from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a night shift environment and adapt to changing situations.
