About the Role

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and drive sales for our communication solutions including WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Bulk SMS, Cloud Telephony, IVR, and related services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, explaining products/services, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and online platforms * Identify potential business clients and understand their communication requirements * Promote company solutions such as WhatsApp API, RCS, Bulk SMS, IVR, and Cloud Telephony * Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication * Coordinate with technical and support teams during onboarding * Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and updates in CRM * Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives * Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings Required Skills: * Good communication and negotiation skills * Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation * Confidence in client handling and presentations * Ability to work independently and achieve targets * Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office * Basic knowledge of SaaS, telecom, or communication solutions is preferred Eligibility: * Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply * Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome * Prior sales experience will be an added advantage Additional Requirements: * Bike and valid driving license preferred for field visits * Willingness to travel for client meetings Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
