We are looking for Customer Advisor for Gurgaon location. n What you will be doing: Make outbound/inbound calls to interested car sellers and booking successful appointments/store inspections. Drive sales conversion for the respective campaign and maintaining monthly performance. Manage day on day basic hygiene such as login and ready hours, break management Toggle and work on diff leads capturing software (Ameyo & Lead Squared) Maintain call quality threshold and deliver best customer handling practices. Brand articulation ability to educate customers over call. Who we're looking for: Are fluent in both English & Hindi speaking languages. Over call and are well versed in your convincing skills. Open to work in 6 days working culture with rotational week offs. Work under Sales and target-oriented environment. Is experienced to situations and emerge as performer. Experience in both Outbound n Inbound processes is an add on advantage. Should be open to work in the assigned shift between 8:30 Am - 7Pm.
