About the Role
Job Description Synthesize nanomaterials using various chemical and thermal methods Optimize process parameters to achieve the target particle size and its distribution. Perform physicochemical characterization using techniques such as XRD, XPS, SEM, FTIR and ICP-OES Drive continuous improvement initiatives in materials selection and processing techniques Evaluate catalyst performance using electrochemical techniques as given below: Cyclic Voltammetry Linear Sweep Voltammetry Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Chronoamperometry analysis Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and quantitative risk analysis Investigate nano material degradation mechanisms and its mitigation strategies Collaborate with Safety and Maintenance teams to ensure SOPs are developed, approved, implemented, and periodically updated Contribute innovative ideas to improve laboratory methods, processes, and protocols Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation of experimental results Education And Experience Required B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science or related field 0.5 to 2 years of experience in electrocatalyst synthesis and validation Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and best practices and Solid fundamentals in (a) Catalysis (b) Nanomaterials c) Electrochemistry Good communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
