We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for career pages, social media, job boards, and internal communications.
• Coordinate and support virtual and in-person recruitment events, including career fairs and open houses.
• Manage and maintain the company's career website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and reflective of our culture.
• Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to produce compelling visual and written assets for recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HR marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the creation of internal communications that promote employee engagement and showcase company achievements.

What You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience (internship or volunteer) in marketing, communications, or HR is beneficial.
• Familiarity with employer branding concepts and talent acquisition strategies.
