About the Role

This Videographer and Video Editor role is a dynamic opportunity to create engaging video content for various platforms, including educational programs, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and social media channels.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with brand guidelines and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for educational programs, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and social media channels.
• Operate cameras and related equipment, set up lighting and audio, and capture high-quality footage for various video formats.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software, ensuring polished final videos with appropriate transitions, effects, and sound design.
• Collaborate with trainers, marketing teams, and project stakeholders to understand creative briefs, develop storyboards, and ensure visual content meets brand guidelines and learning objectives.
• Organize media assets, maintain equipment, and stay updated on video trends and best practices to continuously improve production quality.
• Develop creative storytelling abilities, with a strong sense of pacing, visual narrative, and audience engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing production workflows, and delivering polished final videos.
• Proficiency in camera operation, with hands-on experience using professional or prosumer cameras and related accessories.
• Experience in shooting video across different formats (interviews, tutorials, promotional content, events) with attention to framing and composition.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor environments to achieve consistent, high-quality visuals.
• Skilled in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of audio recording and post-production, including use of microphones and sound cleanup.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography and video editing work; experience in EdTech or corporate content is a plus.
