About the Role
This HR Executive Cum Admin role at ODDYSSEY PROPRIETAY FOOD PVT LTD involves overseeing the front office operations, coordinating new hire orientations, and ensuring seamless execution of HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR department, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to the team. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire orientations, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage front office operations, including reception, phone, and email communications
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, including employee data and benefits information
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment fairs and other HR-related events
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional support to the HR team and other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR-related information with discretion
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
