About the Role

As an HR Recruiter Intern at nxtrole.ai, you will be immersed in the world of talent acquisition, working closely with the HR team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition: Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • MS Office: Proficiency in using Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
  • HR Sourcing: Ability to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Human Resources: Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
