ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a creative and culturally tuned-in Graphic Design Intern to join our team. You'll get hands-on experience working across social media, brand identity, and packaging, while also contributing your perspective on what's trending in design and content. Social Media Design Create scroll-stopping templates and visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, consistently on-brand and optimised for each format. 02 . Branding & Packaging Assist in developing brand assets and packaging designs, from concept through to production-ready files that reflect the brand's identity. 03 . Trend Awareness & Content Strategy Keep a pulse on design, culture, and social media trends. Bring fresh ideas to content planning and help shape what we put out into the world. 04 . Collaboration & People Skills Work closely with writers, marketers, and leadership. Communicate clearly, take feedback gracefully, and make the team better by being in it. INTERNSHIP DETAILS: Duration 3 months Stipend ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month Mode On-site / Hybrid Role type Internship · Creative WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR : Design & Tools • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma • Strong sense of typography, colour, and visual hierarchy • Experience creating social media content; personal projects count • Basic understanding of print-ready and digital file formats • A portfolio that shows your range and taste • Proficiency in using AI tools to save time and enhance the work Mindset & Soft Skills • Genuinely curious about design trends, pop culture, and digital behaviour • Warm, proactive communicator, in person and over text • Able to manage multiple briefs and meet deadlines without losing quality • Comfortable with feedback and iteration • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, fine arts, communications, or a related field BONUS POINTS • Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut) • Experience with Canva for quick turnarounds • An active, well-curated personal social media presence • Knowledge of regional or local design aesthetics and market nuances
