About the Role
The Customer Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
This role involves responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues related to property listings, services, and transactions.
The associate will guide customers through platform features, support them in using NoBroker's offerings, and escalate complex cases when needed.
Daily activities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
The role may also involve explaining service benefits, assisting in upselling or cross-selling relevant services, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product and policy changes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues related to property listings, services, and transactions
- Guide customers through platform features and support them in using NoBroker's offerings
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Maintain detailed records of interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
What You'll Need
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience capabilities
- Ability to engage in consultative conversations, with exposure to Sales or service upselling considered an advantage
- Experience in Training or mentoring peers on processes, tools, or customer communication is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software to document and manage customer interactions
- Proven ability to handle high-volume queries, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and a calm, professional approach in challenging situations
