Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering services aligned with organizational expertise in real estate. Key responsibilities include generating leads, preparing sales presentations, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail. Additional responsibilities may include market research, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering collaboration with global and domestic partners to drive sales growth. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and deal closure Knowledge of the real estate market, including Residential, Retail, Investment Banking, and Industrial sectors Experience in market analysis and competitor research Understanding of international real estate markets and NRIs requirements is a plus Ability to work independently and within a team to meet sales targets and organizational goals Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and standard office applications Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
