About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive at Nmr Hr Solutions, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to clients. Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
