Key Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT or software development industry, preferably in offshore services. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
