Built by Lean Labs, we've grown entirely through organic reach and are now ready to take sales seriously. That's where you come in. The Role We're looking for a hungry, self-driven Growth & Sales Intern to own our outreach engine from day one. This is not a passive marketing role — you'll be on the front lines: finding leads, picking up the phone, sending emails, booking demos, and closing them. If you love talking to people, hate sitting still, and want real startup experience — this is it. What You'll Do Research and build targeted lead lists (fashion brands, designers, photographers, D2C labels) Cold call and cold email prospects — consistently and confidently Follow up, follow up, follow up Schedule and conduct product demos for Next In Fashion Maintain a simple CRM and track your pipeline Share weekly insights on what's working and what's not You're a Fit If You Are currently studying or have recently graduated (any stream welcome — fashion, business, marketing, communications) Can hold a confident conversation in English and/or Hindi Are not afraid of rejection — you see it as data, not defeat Are organised, proactive, and don't need to be chased Have a genuine interest in fashion, AI, or startups (ideally all three) What You Get Negotiable paid stipend Real ownership — you'll be the growth engine, not an assistant Direct mentorship from the founder Front-row seat to building a funded-trajectory AI startup A portfolio story worth telling: I helped grow an AI fashion startup from 0 to X Duration: 2–3 months (with potential to extend) Location: Remote Start: As soon as possible
