About the Role
As a Back Office Marketing Executive at Nexa Enterprises, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by maintaining accurate customer records, making sales calls, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, provide product information, and facilitate sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and orders.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and the sales team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including customer relationship management and sales strategies.
