About the Role
This Human Resource (HR) role at New Age Vehicles is designed to support the company's growth by handling various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
As a fresher in the HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating with the management team to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Day-to-day tasks may include creating and scheduling employee training sessions, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the development of HR-related reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Assist in the development of HR-related reports and presentations, using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (HR) degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
