About the Role
This Business Development Executive (BDE) role at Network Kings (India) involves interacting with clients to understand their business needs and providing them with tailored solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in Hindi and English, to effectively engage with clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in sales, counseling, or customer engagement (0-2 years).
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business or Marketing).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
