Responsibilities
- Support performance review cycles and PMS activities
- Track employee goals and review progress
- Prepare and format performance analytics reports
- Assist employees and managers with HRIS and PMS queries
- Maintain HR records while ensuring data confidentiality
- Coordinate with HR teams to support appraisal processes
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of HR activities
What You'll Need
- BBA
- B.Com
- BA
- MBA (HR)(Preferred)
- Graduation in: Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field
