The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products and services, addressing customer queries, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Executive will work closely with other sales team members to ensure a cohesive sales approach and meet overall business goals. Qualifications Experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and influence potential customers Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Previous experience in handling customer queries and objections effectively
