About the Role

As a Software Engineer - Full Stack AI at Navsan, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI-powered software solutions that integrate multiple technologies and domains. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining full-stack applications that utilize AI-driven features and semantic search capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack AI-powered software applications using a range of technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI-driven features and models into software applications.
• Develop and maintain semantic search capabilities using vector databases and agentic AI design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and software engineering and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.
• Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and develop software solutions that meet these needs.
• Contribute to the development of LLM pipelines and LangGraph-based solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with full-stack development using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Spring.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including neural networks and deep learning.
• Experience with semantic search and vector databases.
• Understanding of agentic AI design patterns and multiagent architectures.
• Familiarity with GDPR regulations and data protection principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
