About the Role
As an Executive Recruitment Specialist at Narain Placement Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various business roles. This involves building relationships with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations to clients.
On a daily basis, you will be working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, creating job postings, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for business roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and make recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as HR and marketing, to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of HR software and systems.
- Internship experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
