Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer at NAF Technology India, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our software systems. This involves monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing automation to prevent future problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure seamless system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing fixes and improvements to prevent future problems.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline system operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features and changes do not negatively impact system performance.
• Design and implement monitoring and logging systems to provide real-time visibility into system performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Automation.
• Experience with incident management, automation, communication, and collaboration.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
