About the Role
As a Posp certified Partner at Na, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions through our range of insurance products and financial services. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to drive growth and revenue through exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide tailored solutions to clients through our range of insurance products and financial services.
- Work closely with the team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proven sales and marketing skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
- Proficiency in digital tools and software, including CRM systems and sales platforms.
- Posp certification or equivalent experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
