About the Role

About the job AI Engineer Intern MySivi is growing incredibly fast ($10+M ARR), and we’re on a mission to help millions of people across India and the world actually master English speaking using AI. We move fast, ship constantly, and basically live at the bleeding edge of what's possible right now. If you're the kind of person who obsessively tracks every new model release and immediately starts building something with it—you’re exactly who we’re looking for. We want someone who just wakes up genuinely excited about AI. Not someone who just uses the existing tools, but someone who actively tries to break them and push their limits. You probably already know every major model update, you’ve played around with the latest agent frameworks, and your weekend side projects honestly ship faster than most corporate roadmaps. We need relentless energy, sharp instinct, and the ability to go from an idea to a working prototype, and straight into production without needing any hand-holding. If that sounds like you, let's talk. Must Have: 1+ year of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience - you've shipped things that real users touched Deep fluency with AI agents - multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory, planning loops; you've built at least one end-to-end agentic system Hands-on with modern agent frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar - and strong opinions on when to use each Strong LLM experience - GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models - with advanced prompt engineering and context management Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and embedding strategies Production mindset: you know how to evaluate, monitor, and iteratively improve AI systems - not just prototype them Python proficiency and comfort integrating third-party APIs into live products Solid NLP and ML fundamentals - you understand why things work, not just how to plug in an API Exciting Bonuses (if you have): You actively track model releases, agent research, and GenAI tooling - and can tell us what's worth paying attention to Experience with voice AI, speech pipelines, or conversational agent design Fine-tuning experience (LoRA, PEFT, or similar) or working knowledge of model distillation Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost and latency optimization You've built an agent that does something surprisingly useful - and you can demo it What you'll do: Build and own AI features end-to-end from architecture to deployment. Design agentic workflows that power personalized English tutoring at scale. Experiment aggressively with new models and techniques, evaluate rigorously, and ship what actually works. Work directly with the founding team and have real influence over the product. Benefits: In-office lunch & snacks Flexible in-office working hours A chill, collaborative, no-nonsense team A nice office, great learning environment, competitive pay
