Udaan - Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at Myntra's Udaan, you'll be working with large datasets to identify trends, create data visualizations, and help drive business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing customer behavior, sales patterns, and product performance using SQL, MS Excel, and Python. You'll also be responsible for creating reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Create data visualizations and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract relevant data from databases.
• Participate in data quality assurance and data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in SQL, including query optimization and database design.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and pivot tables.
• Experience with Python programming language, including data analysis and visualization libraries like Pandas and Matplotlib.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including report creation, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
